While this concert date was originally booked for the Grateful Dead, the group opted to not perform because of keyboardist Brent Mydland's recent death from a drug overdose. Stepping in to fill the Grateful Dead's shoes, the Jerry Garcia Band performed a 14-song set featuring such classics as "Dear Prudence," "Stop That Train," and "How Sweet it is to be Loved by You."
